Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Studio Balance Entertainment! To ensure a smooth booking process, please review our booking policy below: 1. Rates and Retainer: Our base rate is per hour, per artist, with a minimum of two hours. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upon booking to secure your date and time (transferable, but non-refundable). Travel fees may apply outside the greater DFW area. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed, but they must be made at least 7 days in advance. Please note that the retainer is non-refundable. 3. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their event. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same artist for the rescheduled date. 4. Additional Artists: If you need additional artists or entertainers, let us know. We can tap into our network to provide a stellar team, including balloon twisters, airbrush artists, stilt walkers, and more. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
